Student Leadership
Leadership is offered as a 5 credit course for high school students. Students organize school events and build their capacity as a leader in their community. When organizing events students get to create announcements, give presentations to classes, work with elementary classes and run the event on the day. Some of the school events student leadership teams have helped to organize and run are: Clubs Day, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, Helping Hampers, Viesta, and Victoria Festival of the Arts.

Student Led Clubs
Every year, our leadership class hosts a ‘Clubs Day’ where students are able to advertise and sign up other students into their club. The clubs are created and led by a host student. Students get a chance to sign up for any club they are interested in while a DJ plays some tunes for the school. Some of the clubs that we have had are: Dungeons and Dragons, Board Games, Badminton, Tap Dancing, Lego, Drawing, Pokemon, Science, and many more!
