Physical Education and Extra-Curricular Program
The physical education program's goal is to give students both the physical and mental capabilities to live a long healthy active lifestyle. This is done through structured physical education, health and calm classes. These classes build a student's capacity to understand relative health topics as well as to learn to move more efficiently through a variety of activities.
Check the calendar for health and wellness activities as well as sport team schedules.
